Often, I know from personal experience, many people have super 8 film reels stored miserably in their drawers and who can not see why ... have never had a projector. They think that now they are impossible to find or even objects that are exclusively from collectors, and that their films will remain forever to grow old in the Scatoli. Nothing could be more false. Today, thanks largely to the internet, you can buy some good projectors absolutely affordable prices, starting from a few hundred euro.
Among the most famous are the projectors Elmo, Bauer, Sankyo and Yelko.
The first two have models that can be found at prices ranging between 300 and 400 Euros.
The models produced Elmo ST 1200 dating back to the 70s and with good quality: first some general strength and then 15 Volt 150 Watt lamp, coils of 360 meters, still image, sound, and magnetic and optical projection speed by 18 and 24 f / s. Today you can find it at the price of about 250 euro.
Always produced the Elmo projector GS 800: stereo projector, with a sleek design (for its time) and functional. The 100W lamp is perhaps a disadvantage, but the quality of the audio industry, in my opinion is excellent.
the projection speed is 18 and 24 f / s, and the lamp of 12 Volt 100 Watt capacity of the coils: 240 mt.
As for the audio recording and reading magnetic stereophonic, monophonic readable. The price always fluctuates around 300 Euros.
I must point out, finally, a good projector Bauer (model T600) performance similar to those described previously. Here, too, you immediately notice the elegance and robustness. The high performance is top class. Drag silent, high quality sound and objective Shneider 1.1 of absolute value.
The projection speed is 18 and 24 f / s; the lamp is 15 Volt 150 Watt; the ability of the coils of 240 mt
The audio section is as follows: reading and magnetic recording in stereo.
